Introduction and Scope
This Terms of Service explains the terms and conditions for using our website.
Nature of Our Services
Freedive Crete provides personal coaching in freediving, in-water safety, spearfishing technique, dive-site selection, buddy and pair management, and condition assessment. We do not catch fish for you and we do not run fishing trips. Any fish you choose to take is your own recreational activity, carried out under your own recreational fishing license and responsibility.
Predeposit & Refund Policy
2.1 Prepayment Requirement
Prepayment of 40% of the total cost is required.
2.2 Deposit Confirmation
Upon receipt of the predeposit, we will issue a confirmation via email or other electronic means.
2.3 Advance Payment Policy
Prepayments must be made via bank transfer or credit/debit card within the specified timeframe to secure your booking. Failure to comply may result in cancellation.
2.4 Partial Payment Agreement
The remaining balance must be settled before the scheduled session as per the agreed terms.
2.5 Forfeiture Clause
Predeposits are refundable under the conditions outlined in our refund policy below.
Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Request
Refund requests must be submitted in writing, especially for medical reasons.
3.2 Eligibility for Refund
- Full refund if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before the scheduled session.
- No refund for cancellations less than 30 days before the scheduled session.
3.3 Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
3.4 Deductions & Fees
Bank transaction and logistical fees are deducted from the refunded amount.
3.5 Refund Policy Exceptions
Some promotional offers or special sessions may be non-refundable if stated at the time of booking.
