Freediving in Crete
First breath-hold or fiftieth deep dive, the water off Plakias works for both. Courses run from a two-day taster to 40-meter certifications, always in small groups.
What is Freediving?
Freediving is diving on a single breath. No tank, no bubbles, just you and the water. It rewards calm more than strength, and progress comes faster than most people expect: after a weekend of training, a two-minute breath-hold and a ten-meter dive are normal. The quiet down there is what keeps people coming back.

Freediving Expeditions
For certified freedivers who want depth days without a course. We take the boat out to the deeper spots on the south coast and spend the day diving, safety covered.
