I recently completed a spearfishing course with Lampros, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Lampros is incredibly passionate about spearfishing and it shows in his teaching. He was always available to answer any questions, no matter how small, and his enthusiasm is truly contagious.

I recently took my first freediving course with Freedive Crete, and it was an incredible experience. Lampros is a passionate instructor, he was excellent at easing me into the process, explaining the technical aspects clearly, and being patient in the water. He went beyond just covering the course material, offering valuable insights into pre, during, and post-dive rituals and lifestyle tips that enhanced my diving experience. The beaches we practiced at were stunning, with crystal-clear water. Highly recommend

I did my cmas *&** certificate and also a spearfishing trip with Lampros. Even the theory was funny and i learned a lot. With his good teaching and his calm beeing i was able to make a 4:30min static apnea without training.

I was freediving and spearfishing with Lampros. The freediving conditions were fantastic - the best conditions I ever had! Lampros managed to plan the sessions at places with smooth seas, even on days with strong wind. Seeing his relaxed look when he was my safety diver led me to top performances and personal bests.

I did 4 days of Apnoe (free diving) training at Plakias, Crete, together with Lampros as my instructor. But at first we met, had a coffee, and discussed what my aims are.A week before holidays I just finished APNEA level 1 (beginner) in Austria and was open for any progress. And the 4 days were just that: great, personalized progress, and for a good price.

We had a great experience freediving with Lampros. We started off with a very comprehensive and complete review of the theory - including a basic overview as well as detailed descriptions of anatomy, nutrition, safety, and protocol. We finished the on-land session with some supervised breathing exercises and then headed to the sea with the new and well-maintained equipment.

Lampros is a very friendly and patient instructor who makes you feel comfortable and also ensures you feel safe while diving. I took freediving sessions with him, and even as an experienced freediver, I received many valuable tips and suggestions to further refine my technique. He was very flexible with scheduling and tailored the sessions to my individual needs. If you're in Plakias or the surrounding area and want to try freediving, I highly recommend going to Lampros.

Went on a guided boat free dive tour with Lampros, my daughter, and my husband. Lampros is extremely professional and takes guiding very seriously. He taught me and my husband, some great breathing tricks and then did a more intensive lesson with my husband while he dropped me and my six-year-old daughter off on a private beach with black sand and beautiful views. He and my husband caught a number of fish and then we went to a second dive location where I was able to dive with them while my daughter stayed close by in the boat. Both dives were awesome and great learning experiences.
